FUSION CHILLI BEEF
INGREDIENTS AND RECIPES
½ Kilo Fillet Beef
1 Thumb Fresh Ginger
4 Clove of Garlic
1 Red Chili
Good Quality Soya Sauce
½ tsp Demerara Sugar
Take a plastic container with lid large enough to hold the beef fillet and ¼ fill with the Soya Sauce.
Chop the ginger, chili and garlic and add to the Soya sauce in the container.
Place the meat into the container and turn to allow juice to infuse. Sprinkle sugar onto meat and keep turning.
Put lid on carton and place in the fridge for a minimum of 12 hours turning sporadically.
When ready (the longer you leave it the tastier it will be) cook by searing in a hot pan to taste. Alternatively slice thinly and flash cook on a hot stone for a more theatrical presentation.
