PACIFIC FUSION BEEF FAJITAS
INGREDIENTS AND RECIPES
1/2 cup Wildtree Pacific Fusion
1 pound flank steak
1 large green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium sweet onion, cut into strips
1 tablespoon Wildtree Hickory Smoked Grilling Grapeseed Oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pour pacific fusion into a large plastic bag, add steak and shake to coat. Refrigerate and marinate overnight.
Preheat a stove-top grill pan to medium-high heat.
Remove steak from marinade and grill to desired doneness.
Transfer steak to a cutting board and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices.
Heat Grapeseed Oil in a non-stick saute pan over medium-high heat.
In batches, cook the vegetables until they are soft.
Serve warm tortillas with steak, sautéed bell peppers, onions, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
