Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is an American actor and professional wrestler. He is known as “The Rock.” Dwayne is easily considered to be one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. He is a third- generation wrestler. His father is of Black Nova Scotian (Canadian) origin and his mother is of Samoan/Polynesian heritage.

He won a total of 16 championships in WWF/E. This included nine World Heavyweight Championships (the WWF/E Championship seven times and the WCW/World Championship twice), two WWF Intercontinental Championships, and five times as co-holder of the WWF Tag Team Championships. He was the sixth WWF/E Triple Crown Champion, and the winner of the 2000 Royal Rumble.

When asked how serious he takes being a role model due to his multi-ethnicity he says, “I take it very serious. There's a sense of responsibility that not only I have as an actor, but we all have as human beings and especially, being "ethnic." So yeah, I take it very serious. It's very important to me. I'm very proud of what I am. That'll never change. We can change a lot of things. I cannot change. I can't change the color of my skin, and neither can you.”

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson lives in Los Angeles, California.
